What this covers

On this site you can find Swiss wedding venues and the dates the registry offices publish for them. That costs nothing and needs no sign-up.

Alongside that we offer a paid service: we watch a venue for you and write to you as soon as its dates change. These terms cover that service.

What it costs

Prices include any applicable tax. The amount shown is the amount charged.

• The first alert is free.
• Every alert after that costs CHF 4.
• We charge for at most 3 alerts per calendar month. More than CHF 12 in a month is therefore impossible, even if we tell you about more changes.
• We only charge for an alert we actually sent you. A month with no news costs nothing.
• There is no base fee and no subscription that keeps running.

How it works

• You enter your email address at the venue you want.
• We send you a confirmation email. The watch is only active once you confirm.
• You get the first alert free, without our ever having asked for a card.
• If you want to keep hearing from us after that, you store a card with Stripe using the link in that alert.
• With no card stored it simply ends there: no further alerts, and nothing to pay.

Unsubscribing

You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email. There is no notice period and no minimum term.

From then on we charge nothing further. Alerts already delivered remain payable.

What we cannot promise

The dates come from the registry offices, not from us. We read what they publish and pass it on unchanged. Whether a date is still free is for the office alone to say.

So we cannot guarantee that an alert arrives in time, that a date we reported is still free when you call, or that an office keeps its list up to date. Always book directly with the registry office.

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. Any further liability is excluded as far as the law allows.

Changes to these terms

If we change the prices we tell you by email beforehand. New prices apply only to alerts sent afterwards, never retroactively. If you do not agree, simply unsubscribe.

Law and place of jurisdiction

Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction is the operator's registered seat, unless the law mandates another.
